Small Fish in a Huge Pond

Ayel

TOO MUCH work to do. Too little time.

(I actually bought a time-mangement book last week. I hope it could help me make the most of the 24 hours God gave me in a day.)

You can’t imagine what I’ve been through in the last few days that I haven’t even got the time to do what I can do all day on any given day — blogging. Arrgh. There was the stupid songwriting contest I joined. The result was not announced yet. But I’m not really hoping that the result would be positive noting the many twists they did with the contest mechanics. At least, I’ve made some people happy with my performance.

About two days ago, while on my bike home, I felt my heart stiffen and I found it really difficult to breathe. I knew I needed oxygen but I couldn’t breathe deeply. I had to stop a bit. I couldn’t cry for help because my co-teacher was already way ahead of me. He only noticed that I was no longer near him after a few minutes. He slowed down and waited for me. Thank God my strength was back after a while. I couldn’t believe I survived it.

I’m excited and nervous about the MBS2, which will be held in GenSan. Well, with Sir Avel’s leadership, I’m sure  we’ll be able to meet the bloggers’ expectations. Meanwhile, the Blogging Seminar at NDDU will be on September 20 and I will be in GenSan tomorrow to arrange some important matters. Surely, the preparation is really bloody. Check out our event blog.

On the lighter side of things, one of my posts was quoted by Manuel Quezon III in one of his posts on quezon.ph. Verbatim. Including all the grammatical errors I committed because that particular post was made after the commotion at school. Nevertheless, it’s an honor for me to be quoted by such a popular blogger as MLQ3.

And oh, I’ve got a new phone.
