Starting Anew

Ayel

AFTER THE convolution of emotional, financial, relationship, and health problems I wallowed in for the past few days, here I am again, blogging my heart out.

I am leaving behind all those hardships I have surpassed. I will face the coming with twice as much passion as I have shown in the past.

I am doubling the effort I am exerting for our summer classes. I am enjoying the time with my students and I am trying my best to give them all I can in preparation for their upcoming scholarship and other exams.

During my free time, I am proofreading our college yearbook, which should have been finished last March. I am doubling my effort such that by Saturday, I can be back in Marbel and we can decide when to go back to the press for the final arrangements.

I went to the National Bookstore last Friday and bought some of the things I might need in the coming school year. It is better to prepare earlier before everyone starts rushing to the store. Within this week I might start buying school supplies for my nieces and nephews who will be staying with us.

I am happy now. I realized that the best ones to run to in times of troubles is your family. I am very glad that my family is happy again.

I am looking forward to brighter days ahead.
