Praises for Pag-IBIG Fund Office

CONGRATULATIONS TO the management of Pag-IBIG Fund Office for attending to their members’ needs promptly and professionally.

This afternoon, I went to the offices of the Pag-IBIG (Home Development Fund) and GSIS (Government Service Insurance System) to do my remittances. And I was able to compare the services of the two offices because the contrast is glaring.

I went to the GSIS office first but I found out there were too many people in the waiting area. They spend too long with each member that queue got longer and longer. There were only two persons at the counter. I inquired with a staff and told him my concern but he was telling me very vague things. The staff there gave me a form, which I eagerly filled out and waited for my turn. I spent some time waiting only to know that there were other requirements needed. I should have used the time I spent waiting to complete the requirements.

So I went to the office of Pag-IBIG. I did’t know my HDFID number but thanks to the information kiosk inside the spacious office and I was able to know my number after a keying in my personal info. They also have a staff that assists members. I told her my concern and she led me right away to one vacant counter and my task was done in no time! There were many people in the waiting area, too,  but they have enough number of counters to address the needs of everyone quickly.

I wish all government offices are as efficient as the Pag-IBIG Fund office in GenSan.

Hmm.

Kurakot talaga.
