Blogging for Money
IT SEEMS like everyone these days is so into earning from blogging. I, for one, is beginning to appreciate that you can actually learn from blogging.
When I first started blogging more than three years ago, my only reason was to express myself and to be different from the flock. Now, with the ubiquity of?opportunities for earning, why should you not join and ride the bandwagon?
The discussion there, however, would be on the quality of the blog. The quality of the blog should not be compromised as one earns. On most blogs, I’ve read, authors try to make up stories, which are far from real. In this case, I believe, blogging loses its sense. Others just put together strings of words just to comply with what is required by the advertiser even if the whole post do not seem to convey valuable information.
Maybe, I’m just saying this because I grew up in a world where content is king. For others who woke when blogging is already for making money, it’s completely a different story. A friend here in my town had asked me recently to help him setup a blog of his own because he has heard that one can earn from it. When I asked him to set up an account on a popular blog service provider, I found out he doesn’t even have his own email account yet. I know you get my point.
I don’t want to make it sound as if blogging is a thing that is only for a certain group of individuals. It’s for everybody. Anyone can do what he wants for his blog. But I would appreciate more if bloggers know how to pay a little respect for this medium of communication.

Yeah, me too. Ayoko din ng nag-iimbento sila ng stories to promote something. As you said, “The quality of the blog should not be compromised as one earns.” Very true.
How was the Pasko thing? Hehe. Mag-post ka ng pictures dito ha.

Kuya Winston, agree ako sayo. Do it in moderation talaga, para di magmukhang blog of sponsored reviews.
