WE ARE hosting the 2007 Intel Philippines Regional Science Fair, which will formally begin tomorrow December 7 to 8.
We are expecting around 50 participants to present their research studies tomorrow.? We have two teams competing in the Applied Science and Life Science category. Robert, whose tarp I designed, competes in the Applied Science Category.
The theme this year is, “Soaring High in Academic Excellence Through Science Researches.”
My task?is?to prepare the sound system and I have done with the help of some of my students. We tested the equipment yesterday and set them up this afternoon. Although everything’s already been prepared, I?still need to come to school very early tomorrow since there are only a few of us teachers left; others went to seminars in Manila and in Cotabato. We have to be present as other participants arrive.
I was also assigned to facilitate the congress of the Life Science category and the closing ceremonies.
Digital Detours Update
I TOOK?the?idle moments?in school to take pictures of sights around using the camera of one of my students. Here is one of the shots I liked:
Sights like this at school are a perfect stress reliever. There are also other sites inside the campus that I like but I don’t have enough time yet to take picture of them.
Christmas?Update
THERE ARE only 19 days left before it’s Christmas?so it’s about time to for my blog to show some symptoms that Christmas Day is just around the corner will soon reach our doorsteps. So, I placed that GIF image above that I made just before leaving the office this afternoon.
May we all be blessed this Christmas as we celebrate the birth of our Savior. No crisis can stop us from celebrating His birth. As long as there is LOVE, Christmas would always be Merry.

Good luck and God bless in hosting the 2007 Intel Philippines Regional Science Fair, yaku. I will be in Davao city 2morow for the 5th Mindanao IT students and educators congress. Enjoy your activities this week. Take enough rest also. Mahirap na magkasakit. Hehehe.

I also love the slumber picture you had taken ages ago. Have you taken photography classes? ang galing mo kasi eh! idol! I wish I can take photography classes. One of my dream job is to become a photographer. It’s so nice to see you enjoy your teaching profession, and photography at once! kainggit!

Hi, trizZz! Thanks. Marami pa namang opportunities for you to enjoy science fair….
btw, i didn’t formal training in photography. I just enjoy looking at pictures and I take hints from photoblogs around here. I got influenced alos by Kuya Jay (mgalitratonijay.blogspot.com) a JVP volunteer who was one of the staff of Pathways Mindanao. When he was here, I would always borrow his cam. I wish I could buy my own cam soon.
