Sweeter the Second Time Around?
WHILE MINDANAOANS celebrate the ceremonial Week of Peace, the seat of national government is beset with issues affecting the state’s political stability.
The group led by Sen. Antonio Trillanes staged a stand-off at the Manila Peninsula Hotel in Makati.
And the Arroyo government had been aggressive in resolving the predicament?with the use of force.
This time, some mediamen and civilians were involved. They, too, were subjected to tear gas and arrested by the authorities–another act of the government that sure earned the ire of most?civil rights and press freedom advocates.
All I could say, the Filipinos have so much burden to bear.

Indeed, i observed also that our President used the power more aggresive than any president before her in dealing person whom question her legitimacy as president. While this whole thing is happening we were busy doing our Christmas raket..

Curbside Puppet…i think the only ones who could consider this funny are those who are siding with Gloria. Although it is true, indeed, that Trillanes did the rough way, the gov’t’s action was even rougher.
