Too Much Stress

WHEN I was a kid, my mother would always tell not to drink too much coffee because it makes one dull. Instead, she would coax me to take a lot of sleep, or else, my growth will be stunted. As a good kid, I obeyed her.
That was, before difficult challenges came my way that I had to stay awake 25 hours a day. In those times, coffee was my elixir.
These days, three fourths of my blood is caffeine. I need it to stay awake late in the night, when everyone?s already asleep. That?s the only time I can do what I need to do. Our house is really a big chaos during TV?s primetime.
I admit it?s very stressful here unlike in Marbel where my room?s a sanctuary. But this is home!
The physical setup of our house adds to the emotional burden I feel when I?m here. It?s difficult to cope but I?m glad I?m coping.
I?m only twenty and I am not yet ready to experience receding hair line and going through hairloss treatment.
This is just the beginning, I think.

While reading this, pumasok sa utak ko ang Stresstabs commercial. “Stress makes you look and feel old.” Mukhang panahon na para mag-Stresstabs, Sir.
Hehehe.
Ako din, coffee drinker pag ganyan. Kaya lang, iced coffee ako lagi.

Oo nga. Kailangan ko ng stresstabs. Hai. Pero mas nakatulong yata na may peace of mind ka kahit under stress. Thanks, Meryl.
