How My Neighbors Vote
ABOUT 70? people vied to become a Kagawad in our Baranggay. I personally know only about two or three of them. So, I had to ask some people who their choices are and why.
From my talks with them, I have seen how the people in my neighborhood choose the people they want to be their leaders.
Many of the voters base their decision on a) the character of the candidate; and b) how the the candidate has helped or may help them, among others.
